Our Story
It started with a lost dog and a phone call that almost didn't happen. Traditional pet tags wear out, QR codes require an app, and microchips can only be read by vets. None of it was fast enough when seconds matter.
NFC technology — the same tech behind contactless payments — solved everything. No battery, no app, works on virtually any modern smartphone. A single tap shows the pet's full profile, owner's WhatsApp, and emergency contacts.
We built MyPetTag in Malaysia specifically for Malaysian pet owners: WhatsApp-first contact, local pricing in Ringgit, and support for the kinds of pets and situations common here.
